Rosa Designs is committed to providing professional, courteous and comprehensive floral design services. A small, private studio eager to inspire and innovate, and ultimately, eager to satisfy and astound.
Since 1995, Rosa Designs’ floral designer Kitty Costello’s combination of style and passionate innovation has steadily built an outstanding word-of-mouth reputation for her fashion forward arrangements.
Though a relatively small and quick project, working with Kitty proved to be one of the most satisfying and fun challenges we’ve had.
